Our Tequilas

We bring you the 3 side dishes that will undoubtedly be the sensation at your Cinco de Mayo party: Pico de Gallo, Árbol Chili Sauce, and Guacamole.

Pico de gallo.

This salsa is an excellent side dish for a wide variety of Mexican cuisine dishes.

The ingredients are:

1 large tomato
½ large onion
2 jalapeño peppers
1 lime
¼ cup cilantro
Salt to taste

Chop the tomato, onion, and peppers to serve in a bowl. Mix everything together and add finely chopped cilantro along with the juice of 1 whole lime. Mix again carefully so that the ingredients maintain their texture. Season with salt to taste. This is a perfect complement to our Tres Aromas Blanco Rosado, as the fresh flavor of the tomatoes and the acidity of the lime enhance the flavors of the drink, while the peppers add a spicy touch. In addition, Pico de Gallo is a low-calorie and nutrient-rich side dish, making it a healthy option to enjoy on any occasion.

Árbol Chili Sauce.

This is the typical spicy salsa to accompany some tacos and give the perfect touch to your dish.

The ingredients are:

7 small tomatillos
10 árbol chilis
1 garlic clove
½ teaspoon of salt

Place the tomatillos and garlic clove in a skillet over medium heat. The tomatillos should soften, which will take about 5 minutes, as the salsa can become bitter if overcooked. The garlic clove will take a little longer, but once it is soft, remove the skin and add it to the blender. In a separate skillet, place the árbol chilis, which will be ready in practically 1 minute. Place the chili and tomatillos in the blender with the garlic clove, along with a half teaspoon of salt. Blend until it forms a liquid consistency, as the tomatillos are very juicy and you won’t need water. We recommend trying this sauce on some steak tacos and with our refreshing Paroma drink.

Guacamole.

Avocados are an important part of Mexican cuisine, we love adding avocado to practically everything and guacamole is an exquisite way to enjoy it.

The ingredients are:

1 jalapeño pepper
¼ large onion
1 tomato
¼ cup of cilantro
1 large and ripe avocado
½ lime
Salt to taste

Chop the onion and jalapeño pepper and place them preferably in a molcajete, if you don’t have one, you can use a medium-sized bowl without problems. Chop the tomato into small cubes and add it with the onion and jalapeño paper. Finely chop the cilantro and add it with the rest of the ingredients. Cut the avocado in half to remove its seed, use a large spoon to scoop out the avocado flesh and with the help of a fork, mash the avocado and mix it with the other ingredients, season with salt and squeeze half a lime to finish. This creamy mixture is perfect to enjoy with your Tres Aromas Extra Aged Cristalino.
